Can I return my order? If so, How?
All orders are final sale. In order for a customer to be eligible for a return, the mistake has to be made on House Of Merit Hair behalf. This can happen in the event we ship our customers order to the wrong address, ship the incorrect product, as well as, ship a product to the customer that is not as described through our website. If eligible for a return, the customer has 48 hours following your products delivery date to return their order. Please contact us via email MeritHair@yahoo.com, if eligible for a return.
